We have two methods for paying in interest-free installments: Kueski Pay and Mercado Pago. If you decide to use Mercado Pago, enter your information and you'll be immediately redirected to that payment option. Both methods are very easy to use and are supported by major companies that will help you with your purchase.

For purchases over $2,000.00 pesos, the cost is on us; for purchases under this amount, the cost is $200.00 within Mexico.

Each product comes with its price tag, a warranty seal, and in our official packaging, such as a box, envelope, or bag.

2 to 4 business days if we have the products in stock. Otherwise, it depends on the production process of each piece. Since they are handmade, it can take up to 15 business days. You can ask if they are in stock, or one of our salespeople will let you know if some of your ordered products will take longer to be ready.

You can pay by bank card (PayPal, Kueski Pay, and Mercado Pago), cash (Mercado Pago), or bank transfer (send a message with the details). Mercado Pago has agreements with many convenience stores for cash payments. Check the list when choosing that payment option. Whichever method you choose is very easy to use and is supported by major companies that will help you with your purchase.

And one in CDMX, on Juárez Street #2-2ª San Ángel.

Our rewards program is cumulative and is activated in two ways:

By Goal Reached: You earn an exclusive gift when you reach each of the established levels or goals. The higher the goal, the greater the reward!

By Completed Order: You receive your gifts when you complete your purchase. You must select them beforehand.

In short: the more you buy, the more gifts you unlock. (Limited to 4 rewards per order.) Every action counts toward unlocking new surprises!

Shipments to the United States are made in two stages. First, your order is sent to Tijuana to cross the border; it is then handed over to the United States Postal Service.

Once your package enters the US mail system, we will share the tracking number with you so you can follow your shipment.

The estimated delivery time is up to 15 calendar days.
